Envi services all of Los Angeles, based out of Santa Monica CA 90401

These Terms of Sale are part of ENVi’s Terms & Conditions and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service.

ENVi offers the online booking of car care services, via our website, www.envi.com and via our Android and iOS Apps.

 

Car care services

ENVi offers different car care services options for varied car types.

The extent of service provided for each type of Service is fully explained at www.envi.com/#why-choose-envi

Prices, services and package contents are subject to change at ENVi’s discretion; all such changes will be reflected on envi.com.

 

Payment terms

Bookings are charged upon request of the selected service.

Only payments by the following credit cards are accepted:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network, JCB Cards, Dinner Club International

Once a payment has been made and successfully processed, the booking will automatically be made with one of ENVi’s Service Affiliates .

 

Satisfaction policy

At ENVi, we are committed to your absolute satisfaction with all of our services. If you are not satisfied with the job, we will redo the entire package at no additional cost to you.

As long as you make your request within 24h from the booking time, we will make sure to send the detailer back or a replacement detailer for a complete redo.

ENVi does not refund the amount paid, but we do make sure we finish the cleaning per your satisfaction.

 

Promotional codes

Where members have a valid promotional code to redeem, they may use it towards the payment of their booking. Promotional codes are handed out by ENVi, at ENVi’s discretion, to groups of Users or individual Users via various means of communication, included but not limited to, newsletters and social media.

They may be redeemed directly at checkout, by entering the code in the field provided.

 

Rain Checks

Unfortunately we realized we can't control the weather. For that reason we do not offer any rain checks, however we can provide services in the rain.

 

Refunds

Once a booking is made, Users can cancel within 5 minutes for free. Then if the appointment is in less than 24 hours a $20 fee will be applied.

Moreover, a User may request a rescheduling of the booking and envi, to the extent the request is timely made, will contact the detailer to reschedule the detail request. A user may only reschedule a car wash once per booking.
